Launches take over on Australian salmon producer

From beef, pork and poultry - of which the Brazilian group Jbs is a world leader - to fish, specifically salmon. The Sao Paulo giant has in fact launched an amicable takeover bid by the Australian salmon producer Huon Aquaculture Group for AUD 425 million (approximately $ 312.5 million). The deal will see the Brazilian meat giant acquire 100% of Huon for a cash consideration of AUD 3.85 per share....
