Lactalis acquires Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy

It is the fourth acquisition for Lactalis in the United States in two years

Lactalis Group has acquired Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy, the U.S. yogurt business of Ehrmann, a Germany-based dairy company. Founded in 2009, Ehrmann employs 250 people at facilities in Brattleboro, Vt., and Casa Grande, Ariz.
