Nestlé supports families with new global parental leave policy

Today the launch, in support of enhanced and more inclusive parenting

18 weeks parental leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, which can be increased where required by local regulations. This new policy will be adopted starting in 2020 and will be fully implemented globally by the end of 2022
